A useless place since customers can't enter, only hAraamex can. They charge double rate for Amazon return and delay the delivery by minimum 5 to 6 days. The land line number given is of no use, it rings for ever and Nobloody is going to pick it up. Tried calling almost 10 to 15 times in three days from multiple numbers. Ring Ring Ring goes on forever untouched.

I visited this area for my job interview. Everything was good The staff was friendly. They hire direct and sometimes they hire from third parties like fastlink and Moatives . They have different shifts of work. They also hire for part time work like 5 hours.

So pathetic customer service from the associate named Hanin. She was just not ready refund my orders which were delayed for like more than a month. Never expected this from Amazon.

Weird Change in Amazon Middle East delivery policy
It is unfortunate that amazon’s delivery policy has been changed recently to: “leave the items at the door without caring!!”.
I am a loyal customer of amazon and a prime member for several years. I purchase most of my goods on Amazon; if not all.
I made two orders on Thursday, and they were “delivered” today, even though there was no one at home to receive.
“We cannot change the delivery address after the order is done.” "our policy is to leave it at the nearest possible place, even at door step. "
After talking to Amazon customer support supervisor, she insists that this is as per their policy and they are not obliged to make sure it is properly delivered. Their policy is “just leave it at the door step.”
When I tried to ask for the management, the reply was: the management do not talk to customers!!
Way progress in Amazon service. Thank you

Don't order any items from Amazon! The drivers are extremely unprofessional and throw your items over walls and mark it as "delivered" without even calling or ringing the bell! Extremely diarespectful!

Dear Amazon
Your third party delivery company Imile general trading company is very bad. You are very unprofessional company Amazon and dealing with a immature local poor company not well trained , not professional, no skills of communication and their supervisor is even worst.
Shame on you Amazon. I think we should use local companies like noon and Carrefour . At least they are professionals .
I am canceling my order and stop dealing with you Amazon , keep doing bad business and we will see the end of your empire . Your share price will sink :

Always worst situation here , No use of appointment. My appointment was 22:45pm , And i reached on time , First i got a token number and was waiting for my turn till 23:45pm, afterwards i got appointment paper which just say seller arrived which is actually incorrect as i arrived at 22:45pm , than after half hour security alllowed be to go inside , there is only 4 parking space per dock , Surprisingly i got my turn at 12:30pm but there is a twist ... Collection people goes on brake , and only one security guy was there , which was not answerable ( as per his words) , And no onduty manager ... so disrespectful... No respect for sellers ... I am still waiting...
