Really friendly staff and great service♥️ it was my first time here to do my hair and henna and it was lovely. Everything got done super fast and the manager was so helpful throughout???????? thank you and Eid Mubarak????????

I was recommended this salon by one of my friend. So i checked their services and some of their work done before and decide to trust this salon with my hair.
The length of my hair is long, so I don’t trust salons to do justice with it.
But when I went to this salon, I was happy with the way they did my hair, specially balayage color for my hair done by their hairstylist Sanifa. She understood what I wanted to do with my hair, the color I wanted and how I wanted to cut my hair without making its length too short. She was explaining me each step that she was doing on my hair. I was really happy and satisfied with the end result and all the staff were very good and helpful. Due to my long length of hair I had to spend almost 7 hrs in the salon. And I was made so comfortable by all the staff members and the owner herself, who was very kind And also their girl staff ( sorry don’t remember her name, I guess Farah, not sure though) who does the eyebrows threading was amazing. She took her time and did my brows amazingly. They also gave me tips of how to take care of my hair on daily bases to keep it healthy and well maintained. Their manager lady who they were addressing as aunty, she gave me good discount On the price as well. ????????Over all was happy and satisfied. And I was happy that I made the decision to trust them with my hair.

Don’t fall for their discount prices outside on the board. It’s a scam to lure you in and charge additional by some excuse when you are about to pay. Also watch out for extra charges in card payment which is per se illegal as well - you will never get the details of extra card charge in the invoice. It’s a cheap cheat show.

It was good, went for henna. They did a good job and were really nice. But we were told the wrong prices and were overcharged.

This is my 'go to salon' in Dubai. I'm truly impressed with their quality of service each time I visit them. Sanifa, especially, did a very good job with my hair highlights today.

Good customer service. My friend and I visited before our flights and the prices were explained to us beforehand as well as when we paid. Manicure was great and I got a nice henna design by Aisha while I was getting my hair done. I have curly hair and Amna styled it really well in the two times I’ve been to their salon. The owner was nice and made sure we got everything done within a short time. Will be back.

If you like heartlake City the programme you will like it here. Plenty of lego statues of the hills as well as a few rides and gift shop

I gave it 5 stars for it's name 'Heartlake City, I can write a blues song of that name, besides that it's a nice place and like everywhere else the C- 19 virus has took it's toll on the place and I hope it can get back to normal and rebuild their businesses.
