The place is nice, especially in this weather where you can enjoy your meal outside, the food taste was ok.
The prices are bit overrated though

2 star for the pizza, tiramisu and the atmosphere only, otherwise will rate it one star only.

We’ve been waiting for so long for someone to assist us to get a table, we went inside they took long time to give us a proper location even though we already booked in advance and requested for this.

I ordered margarita pizza and it was nice but came very cold.

I ordered as well pinky pasta with chicken it was sweet and dry didn’t like it at all. For the price we paid it isn’t worth it.

Once we ended our dinner we requested for the tiramisu, they knew we completed our main course and no one came to collect the plates.

When we are trying to find a waiter that can help us but they act like they don’t see us. When we talk to them they walk away and ignore us.

The food was mediocre. Considering the prices i was expecting great quality but was unfortunately disappointed. We ordered the Calamari, Fettuccine and Pizza Margherita . The calamari was soggy. Fettuccine was served cold. Margarita pizza was average, for 98 AED I expected it to amaze me. Other than that the seating was cozy. In my opinion there better fancy authentic Italian restaurants in the same area with better quality food and prices.

A winter only neighborhood Italian restaurant. Cozy and warm atmosphere. Food varies between Good and Very Good. The pizza for example was very good, crispy crust and delicious. The Veal Milanese also was crispy and freshly made but was very bland. The pasta was good but the red sauce was too sweet. Desserts need to be worked on. Service needs improvement as the waiters do not seem to be knowledgeable about the menu. One thing more, this is the first time ever that I have been to a restaurant that does not serve tea!!! Overall, nice place to go.

The only good thing about this place is its ambience in winter.
The service was bad.
The food was below average and over priced.
We ordered the pizza that was basically just bread and low quality truffle (such a ripoff).
The drinks only looked good as for the taste (0/5) we only took one sip
First time I hate an Italian restaurant.

The food was okay. It was not the best. The prices were high despite the regular quality of food. It didn’t taste fresh and fine, and So it didn’t rationalize with the prices. They did not have ketchup which really stood out for me. The only outstanding thing we ordered was the passion fruit mojito. Flies were all around us which was disturbing and the view and architecture was nice. The quantity of pasta was very minimal and the sauce tasted like the sauce in the pizza.

Unfortunately, one of the worst experiences! The only good thing about this place is the ambience.

I rarely share such reviews, but the service and food was extremely low quality.

We tried to call the manager and after making us wait for a while, we were told that the manager is unavailable.

We called for the Heirloom Bruschetta, and what we got was nowhere close to the description on the menu. When we asked for the chef, he came and told us that this is what we serve, which didn't make sense. His attitude was absolutely unacceptable.

Walking out half way through.

Would not be returning again!
