I called Amer 247 at 12am to ask for information with regards to renewing my family's visa. Mr. Jafar received my call and he was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my queries. Amer 247 is really convenient specially to people who have less time due to work. You can call them anytime and their agents are always there to assist you like Mr. Jafar did. Extremely very bad
No updated information throughout the system
I came from Ajman ar the 2nd of Jan-2020
And they were not open
I checked the website and the google maps info and unfortunately nothing was updated, so I had to wait 3 hours as i came 4 am.!!!!!

Worst Amer ever! Not recommended! I went to them 3 times in the end my visa was issued with wrong passport number! Horrible service! I am waiting at cashier que their staff comes and takes my place! Its chaos! Long que at reception standing long just for a question! After all back and forth they could not even update my details correctly to immigration! In the end i had to even pay 309 dirhams to rectify their mistake! Their call center tells me there is no supervisor write an email!

24x7 is the first advantage, then my journey started by Visa entry then status change and EID request to visa stamping dealing with many employees on every stage from reception to processing counter and cashier all very helpful, cooperating with excellent quality. Can't mention any name because all which I have met are very good. They returned me two times in between but that because I don't have complete documentation, they are very professional and gives accurate guidance and support. Thank you All, God bless you ????????????

Very Smooth, User Frendly.

If your visiting there . before visit make sure, all of your document are correct. By contacting them via Whatsapp or email. Other while you might have to travel multiple time if any documents are missing.
