I had a great experience at the Amer Center Al Barsha Mall branch. The front office personnel were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and explained the visa and medical process and requirements accurately, and in detail. The back office personnel diligently followed up with the various steps and kept us informed of the status. I would recommend Amer Center Al Barsha Mall for all government related transactions and documentation.

Fabulous service at Amer center in Al Barsha Mall. We got the right information that helped us in getting our work done quickly. All the front desk staff is very well informed of processes and documents. Soumil at Center advised us which was very helpful through the process of getting the golden visa.

All the front desk staff- Specially Ashiq is very well informed of processes and documents. From reception side very smoothly going on ..

But : we spent more than 2hrs for ID and Medical typing. desks with empty chairs and only one person was available for typing..

Mainly why they charging 1% extra always to customers extra when use their credit cards to pay !!! is it legal ?

He displayed high levels of customer service i have ever experienced in any amer center so far in Dubai. My cousin's visit visa renewal issues were promptly addressed and solved. Great service. Lots of patience and Efficient communication. Kudos. Keep up the great job.

Excellent service here! Prompt and accurate conversations. It's not easy navigating some complex gov services but they did a great job in explaining all the requirements and even raising a few risks in case something goes wrong.

Big thank you to the front desk team who take MILLIONS of questions from tons of people but still respond to your queries. Thanks to Saumil for that.

Moreover, extended thanks to the WhatsApp team who were there to respond within no time! Thank you Abhiram and Jijina.

Be nice, be patient and they will go the extra mile :)

One of the best Amer centre in Dubai. Entire staff very helpful and go over the board to help over phone and through WhatsApp... Keep up the great service. Will definitely recommend this center....

Completely streamlined process followed and support provided every step of the way. I received my Golden visa in 3 working days once the docs were in order.
Thanks to Saumil at the center who was so flexible and supported throughout, even responding quickly on whatsapp!
Overall a great experience!
