Zajeel Counter inside Amer Center deserves less than 1 star. Never opt for self pick up from this branch coz firstly, they will not even inform you that they got your EID with them. Secondly, they will be on short break (which is never short at all) and they close at 6pm. Such bad service. They will reply to your what’s app only when they are about to close. That is when you’re lucky.

Although our case was not straight forward, everybody was extremely helpful and professional. My special thanks go to Fahad, you are a real star Sir! The only thing which could've been improved is the 'Cash Only' sign at the cashier's desk... It feels rather out of line with otherwise fast and efficient service.

I had lots of visa/EID process going on recently for me and my husband.
They have been very helpful; especially the VIP service with “Shivani” she has been the best ever; clear, efficient, always responsive, respectful and everything was so smooth and quick because of her!
I recommend AMER and their VIP service.

Excellent customer service, first the 2 receptionists really helped then all the team took the the time to find out a suitable solution . The visa was issued in very short time thanks to their reactivity. Special Thanks to Mr Farhad also
