Note this place is CASH ONLY.
Overall really helpful staff. Service was fast. Usually theres a small wait for the turns. But the service is really good and fast.
Only regret is that they dont accept card payments. As I was there to hold my family visa I had to pay 5500AED. Hence I didnt carry any money with me. Had to take a taxi and go to an ATM to withdraw money.

Apart from that , all good. Really professional and helpful staff.

I’m very surprised at the rudeness of the receptionist. I called regarding an urgent question for my company and the male receptionist asked if I can call back in 30 minutes. I said it’s urgent and I just want to ask a question. He cut the line. Will not use or contact this service center again. Mazaya Amer is the best ❤️

I have visited for the Tawjeeh labor training classes at the center. It's really a good place as they conduct the classes in a good manner. Very quick and friendly staff, we have done our processes very soon.

I had an issue with my wife Visa and I contacted them through the website. After 24 hours one employee contacted me and hats off for him! He solved all my issues within minutes and process the status change immediately. Thaussef is him name! Man, you deserve to be the employee of the month!

It was my first time visiting Amer Quality Service and the person I met was Mr. Anees, I have explained to him about the immigration IT issue and he extended his support in helping me by coordinating with Amer and immigration to get my family visa. I was in a hurry because of a last-minute school admission of my daughter and school wanted to entroll my child asap due to file sponsor file opening IT issue from the immigration my family visa was stuck and my previous local typing center tried but was unsuccessful. I went to the immigration center in Manara a few times, but it allwent in vain. Finally, my first visit to Amer Quality Service was successful because of Mr Anees. Thank you
