Dubai being one of the top countries for tourism, it pains me to say that this has by far been the worst government operated service center in all of my 20 years spent in this country.

100% would not recommend.

Starting off with the extremely unintrested poor attitude staff. Who are are off no help whatsoever.

I had to revisit the place 4-5 times just to get a spouse visa application pushed through and every single time I visit they are faced a system error prolonging my stay to 2 hours for a task that shouldn't take more than 15 minutes

There is no information on next action passed to the customer nor is there any notification.
2 weeks after my initial application I had to call to follow up on the status of my application for which I got no clear response. I rushed down to the center to identify what has gone wrong only to find out that the application had not been entered into the system.

After which each time I had revisit the facility to find out many more hidden cost which never instructed in the first place.

It has been overall a 1 month process and I yet to get the visa stamped.

I am not looking for an apology response, rather make some actual change to improve customer satisfaction.

Get in some staff that are actually will to help customers and walk through the process.

Fantastic experience, I don't have word to express my situation. I was in such a mess when I realised that my son's visa was expired and he was outside the country, I rushed to Amer centre almost outside of the working hours and brother Nasser without any hesitation stayed back for me to cancel my son's visa and wait for the approval and then apply his new residence permit, this is what you call going an extra mile for your the people. Thank you

Recently I have done my golden Visa in Amer Centre-Karama. My point of contact Somesh, he guided me properly throughout the process very smooth and followed up promptly. Most importantly everything is online. I would like to thank somesh and the entire Amer Centre Karama team for the excellent professional services.

Worst typing center. Staff is busy in chit chatting with each other and ignoring customer, not guiding properly at all. Will never visit again.

Fairly new place. Came here for establishment card renewal and visa renewal. The staff is very helpful and attended to my queries promptly. All work done in one place and without delays. Make sure to ask for Abdul Kadir who has good knowledge of the system as well.

Courteous staff, accurate information and speed of service
I appraised UID smart services for processing of golden visa for myself and spouse. The accuracy of the information provided and speed of service by the concerned staff was simply superb

Went for my parent visa cancellation. Met few other people for other information. Very simple process and friendly people. There are some complex cases I would suggest Amer to also take into their coverage. Best of Luck

With over 1000 successful Golden visa applications and a success rate of 96%, you can safely assume that if your application is accepted here, you will 100% get your golden visa approved. Somesh from the UID AMER centre handled my case impeccably and was confident all along that my application will be successful. He ensured all my silly queries were answered spontaneously. Even their Whatsapp account handled by their support staff is answered promptly. You can expect your queries to be answered in a few minutes. Wishing somesh and his team all the success for the future and will recommend anyone to be here for their golden visa applications. ????
