Truly appreciate the professionalism of Mr. Majed. He is very accommodating and has good subject knowledge. He sits at counter 17 in the second shift of the office.

Second time I come here at 8am and no one at work. If staff cannot make it in time rather open at 9am. Service is great when team is around but its a waist if peoples time

This well maintained Amer Typing Services Centre is upstairs in Jumaira Plaza. There's a seated waiting area inside, with large individual sofa seats that are marked for social distancing.

Not all the staff are that knowledgeable about all the services on offer, and there can be a bit of a wait to get things done, but there's a manager who can be quite helpful with questions/directions.

I have never seen treatment like this, this Amer branch has the best people, i would like to thank ((Mr.Hassan)) who showed the real meaning of professionalism and was so supportive and helpful.

Every time I’ve come here the service was top.
Efficient, respectful and the waiting times are nothing compared to other places.
Place is clean and quite.
