I went to counter 7, very helpful staff, within a couple of minutes my application was submitted and while i was on my way back it was approved.

Really helpful staff and reception officers

We would like to say Thank You to Amer Service Center for the processing of my Wife’s visa. Overall process was very fast. Special thanks to all the staffs, especially all local lady staffs from the reception and counters and to Ms. Eman on Counter 1 who were very nice, informative and friendly. Will recommend to all my friends!

Best Services for Emirates ID & Visa Renewal in International City.
Quick Notes:
Free Parking Available.
For Visa renewal for Card payment they are charging extra,(so better take cash with you)
Small prayer room available.

Overall satisfied with the facility and services

One of the best Amer centers!

The local ladies at the reception are super friendly, totally attentive with smiles on their faces. Been there many times before and when I was there again recently to renew my daughter’s visa, they engaged her in friendly conversations and made her felt at ease.
The guys at the counters too were knowledgeable and helped me a lot with my applications.

Keep up the good job, guys!
