They treat customers very badly when they need to exchange items after purchasing

I was today in branch of merdif and when I was paying they ask me for 0.25 fils charge for bag, I can understand it’s from municipality but it’s not mandatory for the shop to do specially if it’s one of big names, I can understand that in hyper market like carfour or others as sometimes people abuse the bags but in your shop nothing happens like this , plus if you want me to pay your bag do not write your brand name on it it’s from my money

Place for adult casual dresses for both men Nd women . Kids it is not avliable there. Asked the staff they informed that it is in another showroom . Wide range if jeans and inner garmenents avliable here .
