Great Customer service!
I couldn't find certain parka jacket in my size at THREE mall outlets but this was the only place that actually took the time to check what other outlets might have it. I will definitely make the longer drive to this outlet again just to give them my business.

Very impressive overall, even from the outside. We went at night and revisited in the morning, both were beautiful. Midday, this place is SWARMED with tens of thousands of people. I recommend going early in the morning or around sunset to enjoy the views in peace.

Completely astonishing experience! The place is temporarily closed however it is worth visiting even from out. The view from the bridge is unforgettable!

There's a small gift shop which offers pretty good gifting articles about London at a very reasonable price.

You can enjoy an amazing view of London Eye and Big Ben from the bridge with the pleasant air papering you.

Big Ben absolutely looks beautiful after the clean up job. Last time I saw BB was 1981 while in London when Princess Diana & Prince Charles wedding gifts were on display. BB looked dingy due to the decades old coal soot on the exterior. BB looks brand new and still has that resounding Chime heard throughout the area. Closed to touring at this time.
