Amwaj 3 is one of the best or The Best project with in all JBR projects. Very nice location, beautiful views, great layouts, bigger rooms specially TV Lounge/Main Hall, great big & spacious balconies with beautiful views, Masjid, Swimming Pool, Dog Park, Kids Play Areas, grocery shop, barber shop, beauty saloon etc etc. It has great neighborhood, awesome Plaza Level (PL) and to many fabulous food and shopping outlets, beach access, many different walks etc.

Very nice! Amwaj tower 1 the room is perfectly clean, all goods! my friend accidentally left her phone in trash can near at the parking lot and we came back 10mins later then Ms. Florence return the phone into my friend she's adorable! and honest!♥︎

Location at busy tourist district. 5 minutes walk to pristine beach. Lovely professional staff. Many nice amenities. There's a nice outdoor area for small weddings (ask for Ms Ivy).

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for any one visiting ????

Great friendly staff here. Waiting time has become a bit longer lately due to staff leaving caused by idiots that shout abuse and are generally unpleasant towards the staff. A real shame.
