I popped in to start stocking up on some festive fizz that had a good offer on it. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional and after I'd made my purchase they took me through the wines they had open for tasting and some other wines that came up during our ensuing conversation. Great service from knowledgeable staff and good value wines to be had.
This branch has been consistently very good for several years.

Stay clear! I went to the Packhorse Road branch and had to post a letter before I popped in to pick up my Christmas haul of wine only to be chased up the road by the staff member who I presume was the manager, who told me that I can't park in the car park. I shouted back at him from across the road, that I was posting a letter and then would be visiting the shop but he stormed off. When I went back to my car, he swiftly came out of the shop again, shouting at me that I can't park there. He kept telling me that I was getting a parking ticket. Obviously, I avoided going into the shop after the rude way that I was spoken too and I'd think twice about visiting a Majestic Wine shop in the future if this is how their staff react!!! Rude .

Excellent service and choice. Unfortunately Majestic stemmed from selling at wholesale prices in bulk to retail. This was ok for the first few years of start... however since the prices are over inflated. Cheaper to buy online from sellers and local supermarket. Over inflated prices and rip off...they know this also

Fantastic branch. The staff are incredible they are very very knowledgable and always willing to share their expertise i would give them 10 out of 10 if i could and a good pay rise

Nice guys buy they pay more attention to big spenders which is a shame. Well they shouldn't make t so obvious also their wine knowledge is limited. But the wines sold at Majestic is very good hence the 4 stars

Great service at this store, always friendly and helpful but also happy to leave you to it if that's your preference. Wines from around the world and some good deals available. Small car park at rear.

Wine was good, and there was no quibble when I had to return quite a few bottles after a party. Really appreciated the no fuss customer service.
