Ananda Yoga is one of the few studios in Dubai that offers traditional yoga. The studio is peaceful and clean, and the teachers are all amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for true yoga.

Purva is an amazing yoga instructor.
Practicing with her has been such a joy!
She teaches with a focus on alignment and technique. But also on meditation, growth and
positivity.
My practice and confidence have grown so much in the time I've attended her classes.

I highly recommend attending her Gentle Hatha & Chakra Yin Yoga classes ????✨

One of the best yoga studios in Dubai. Practicing traditional Hatha yoga, this studio is authentic in its teachings and environment. All of their teachers are exceptional, paying careful attention to each student, talking through the methods of yoga and explaining every posture and its benefits, taking time in their yoga practice. Been practicing here for the past 3 months and what a life changer this has been. Thank you to all teachers for this enlightening journey.

A beautiful abode within this busy city to calm yourself with traditional yoga. I have been attending their classes for a month now it has been transformational experience for me. The space itself has so much positivity.

I have just attended 2 classes and generally don’t put in reviews for things that I have tried. But it’s the best yoga center based on the 2 classes I have attended and I have tried a good few. Both classes were by Elie whose entire class you can follow with your eyes closed- the instructions are so precise you rarely need to look at the teacher for guidance. It’s a great class for someone starting yoga or someone looking to comeback to the practice after many years. Another thing I have found is the lack of posturing and frills in the teacher and the studio - there is no intent other than helping you with your practice.

Amazing Yoga Studio, it is more than just exercise/yoga it is a lifestyle with amazing instructors and classes that caters to different levels. Very clean and the instructors are very knowledgeable.

If it were possible, I would afford this a rating beyond 5 stars. There are few superlatives I can find to adequately address my views of this yoga centre. I am basing my experiences on the time I have spent learning from Suman who is an extraordinary yoga teacher. She carries a commanding presence, with an extremely reassuring demeanour and is evidently someone who is entirely committed to her craft. Whilst I am not the kind of person to talk about “energies” emanating from places, what I can say is the location itself brings a sense of immediate calmness. Clean, modern, and well equipped with fantastic natural lighting. I have been to several yoga centres around town, but this stands out as the best I have encountered which is what prompted me to provide this impeccable review containing a deeply profound endorsement of the place.
