Dear Anantara Downtown Hotel,
the 10 days stay, were very pleasant with you. There is nothing to complain about. During our stay we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was served every morning very tasty and fresh. The staff was friendly and accommodating every day, no matter what time of day.
At the pool, we also felt very comfortable. The lifeguard Musa, had an open ear for questions at any time and was at all times in a good mood and extremely friendly.
The hotel is only to recommend !
We will be back next year ;)

Great Hotel, l always have this Hotel as my first choice when staying in Dubai. It has great facilities very nice pool area its clean, excellent service from staff, rooms are big and spacious. Nothing is ever a problem or too much trouble for the staff. Nicholas the waiter at the pool ber is exceptionally nice along with the lifeguards. All very friendly and helpful.

Nicolas is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I love visiting this pool because of him and the surrounding greenery. Anantara never disappoints. Keep it up ????????

I recently stayed at an outstanding hotel with impressive facilities. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, and Ms. Sadana, the housekeeper, ensured they were immaculately clean. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a delicious restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and top-notch facilities.

Very good experience in the hotel. The location is huge positive point. Also, the service crew!!! Very kind and proactive people. Special thanks to Nicolas, who seemed to be near anytime I needed help with something and didn’t let me worry about a thing, such a nice person. Thanks to Rahul for being so fast with my urgent chocolate requests late at night. And a plus thanks to Lisa, from the hair saloon, I recommend her services a lot. The place is amazing and you guys made my experience better. Hope to be back soon.

Hassan is a very talented house keeping attendant and a professional personnel. He accommodated all our need and made sure that we have the best experience ever during our stay. He took his job many steps further and never left us unattended. He truly deserve our recognition as his caring is an excellent example for others.

A special mention must be made to Ms. Sadana, who oversaw the room service during my stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the room were impeccable, making it a refreshing retreat at the end of the day. Her dedication to maintaining high standards of hygiene is evident and greatly appreciated.

We had a great experience in this hotel. We enjoyed the overall service and especially the restaurant service for breakfast with a lot of attention and support from the staff Abrorbek and Mira. If you want a pleasant morning time there - ask for them - they will help you to enjoy your best breakfast.
The room was huge and very comfortable with a wonderful view.
