Totally contrasted service provided by angel wings NEW TEAM compared with my last visit i think their management taking the reviews and suggestions about the staffs behaviour very seriously!!

Extraordinary professionals from the reception to the Physician. Wonderful hospitality provided by the NEW RECEPTION TEAM thanks to them for making the patients visit more comfortable when they are ill. I forgot to ask their names to mention here I am sorry team. Dr. Saira she is one of the gem on the crown keep it up.

This place is pretty hopeless. The GP’s don’t really have a clue about treating different conditions and when you ask them for a referral or a test they just don’t have a clue what test to do or who to refer you to. They seem to be only there to check if you have a cold or flu or basic things. The gynecologist is good though.

Dr. Fatima is outstanding with incredible skills and knowledge. She has provided me information and guidance with every health issues i had. Her explanations are always clear and concise and I feel reassured after each consultation. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and works together with me to come up with the best course of action. On top of that, she has a very calming presence that makes me feel at ease during my visits. Thank you Dr. Fatima and thank you Angel Wings Medical Center!????

Dr. Fatima is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too.

Unprofessional doctors, Rude customer care and a bunch of people who don't have a clue about the insurance system. My claim got rejected due to false remarks in my report by the doctor. When I called to follow-up about the reason for rejection all I heard is arguments and unfriendly rude response. I would never recommend or ever go to this clinic for any medical reasons.

I went to this clinic to consult the doctor for a blood test.Though I had no pre existing conditions the doctor mentioned in my report I had pre existing condition for morethan a year and the insurance team in angel clinic proceeded with the insurance claim without even checking with me. The insurance rejected my claim due to this reason. I followed up with this clinic regarding the status of my claim but there was no reply and when I called them they said there is no update but when I checked with the insurance company they told me that my claim is rejected due to the pre existing condition mentioned in my report. This clinic has not only made a false remark in my claim but failed to give proper feedback. I would advice not to waste your time and visit this clinic for any medical reason. They are totally unprofessional and can do more harm than good.

We went to the clinic for blood test package, the process was quick and easy. I was also offered a phone consultation to have the results explained when it was released. The doctor over the phone was friendly and explained everything well and was patient with all my queries.qqq

Very basic provider; staff - not sure they all have relative degree, went there just to do a blood test; working hours are from 9am ; nobody was at the clinic apart one reception guy at 9 am; they asked me to wait and apparently they don’t come before 9.30-10am ( come here only cuz my request is too easy and my insurance covering only such clinics)
