Utter disappointment!!!! ????
Wanted to try authentic tamil type biriyani, They served a bit late as egg was still boiling as the server said. After a while they served it. It was looking good and yummy. Once I started eating I felt that either the biriyani is old or cold, I can literally see few dried rice sticking there and the quality is beyond poor. I couldn’t tolerate this much poor quality being served at one of the tops brands in Tamilnadu India. As I understand we can’t literally bring the same taste here in UAE atleast they should have maintained the quality.

Mutton pieces looked old but cooked, Im sure the briyani must be cooked last night or left over.

Service is poor and unprofessional or they are not trained well. Great disappointment as a Tamil.

Literally not worth for money. Not recommended at all!!!

Went on a weekend night to this place. This place is known by its name and has plenty of branches overseas too like Philippines, Australia etc.
The ambience is very normal and nothing fancy. But decent sitting arrangements and ample space for relaxing and having food.
V ordered ghee roast, sweet corn chicken soup, gobi manchurian, kofta curry and Indian breads of Chapati and porotta. Even though this restaurant is non vegetarian centric, the food was fine.
Sweet corn soup lacked a lil salt and tasted just ordinary because of it. Chapati and Porotta was nice n fresh. The former was soft , while latter was crispy and kadak. Gobi manchurian was fine, while Kofta was ok. The highlight was the ghee roast which was amazing. I could feel the flavor of the ghee with each mouthing and was crispy and nice.
The service was good and all the caterers were present nearby and made sure that v did not had to wait for long for our orders.
Pricing is higher when u compare with other restaurants, especially the Indian breads.
Altogether, definitely try able!

Take away order was not as mentioned by staff. 2 pcs of fish but only half a piece of fish was packed.very dissatisfied.

Hello foodies, i am glad to recommend one more South Indian restaurant for South Indians especially Tamil folks. One of our best hotel in Al Karama. they have huge list of menu. They have party hall area for celebrations. . Clean washroom are there. RTA paid parking is available nearby restaurant. food was really delicious, we felt really authentic south indian taste. must try by everyone. Here most of the staffs speaks very good tamil. very friendly and kind serving, very good staffs.

Absolutely terrible experience. It was a summer afternoon and they would not turn on the AC because only half the seats were occupied, can you imagine how bad a restaurant has to be to cheap out on AC. Another fun fact about this place, they ll intentionally not keep cold water bottles so that you have to order juice. They took 25 minutes to get us 6 parathas. more than half of things on the menu were not available. And the worst was the servers, absolutely terrible at their job, they all would vanish for 10minutes, all of them. I would not recommend this restaurant to even my enemies. They should honestly shut down this branch rather than spoiling the name of the franchise.

Restaurant ambience was good..We had mutton bone soup which is very good in taste and all the flavours are well combined in mutton definitely a good one to try and had mutton biryani the biryani taste was okay but the mutton pieces cooked very well..overall good one

Amazing place for authentic indian style food.
Loved their biriyani , and chicken gravy.
More vegetarian options would be nice.
Place is a little small. Service is just about right but food is something to look forward too.
P.S sorry for uploading already eaten food photos. Was damn hungry !!
