Its amazing place but little bit far from markeet place
Every thing is available 24/7 clothes,foods, coffee, groceries n restaurant

The fresh foods and grocery section in this hypermarket has decent varieties but its very unorganized and haphazard. The fresh vegetables and fruits section are a bit disappointing, unclean and could do with revamp and deep clean.

The rest of the store has a good variety of decor, household, appliances and other goods.

The staff is average and it would be good to have at least a couple of area supervisors or managers to oversee the staff.

There is a definite scope for improvement, especially as it's in a good location.

It a one stop centre that u will go and find each and everything u need from groceries to garment to electronics, makeup etc. And all at cheap prices, they got discounts as well as points if u have Ansar smile app, once u earn 500 points u get items worth 25 dirhams.
Most of all I love the fact that I shop all I need in one place and it saves me time from going to different places.

Hypermarket where you can get value for your money. Very well stocked, Karama branch has got some of the very helpful staff, especially in the butchery section. They have got a good loyalty program going on.

I bought iron with 1 years warranty but after 6 months, its stop working. I have warranty card of item and invoice number but the the ridiculous man questioning for the printed bill.
Which is not readable now due to light print.
They returned my item without fixing
The worst place ever i have faced

Great shopping centre, has exciting offers once in a while , but you need to get there on time to take the benefit of offers ( as is the case with many large shopping centres here) The store caters to the huge number of customers so the good stuff disappears quickly

You need to improve your customer service at the counter very bad attitude. Waisted my time to pick the item , only from the counter to tell me go and look for the tagging team to give me price……do I know your tagging team?
Remove all the CAN product if you don’t want to put the price.
I wasn’t there when you were employing them. Very crazy

Very rude staff! Why the arrogance when there are hundreds of other supermarkets with better quality staff that customers can buy from? The parking attendant is missing half the time and when he shows up the man behaves like he owns the building

As an entertainer I had the pleasure of performing at the local school prom in the hall which is attached to the church. I found the organizers warm and friendly and helpful. There also seemed to be lots of other events taking place for the kids like brownies and holiday clubs. The only downside is that its not very wheelchair friendly.

Warm and caring Parish. Excellent program for the children, i.e. Holiday Club. I was happy to have been à part of this wonderful program for Many years when visiting my family the McGowans. Keep up good work. Hope to see u all soon when this virus crises clearsTransatlantic parishioner. God bless.
