The store is beautiful. Has all Apple products and accessories including phone case. Only problem was it is hard to sit comfortably as all the seating arrangements are similar to the ones in a park.
Staff had a great attitude and were very helpful throughout.

Customer service with professionalism and technology. If your device have any technical issues better to take a prior appointment, will help to save your time. Polite and friendly staff as always. Even in weekdays it’s crowded . I had a hard time to find the shop because you will not find any sign boards only the Apple symbol on the side wall . But you can identify the shop with the crowd ????.

Very nice and huge showroom and very professional staff. Even though the showroom was full of customers yet they attended us within 3 minutes. Personally im impressed with the products and display, service and their payment system. There was no cashier desk. The sales person only had a device to take payment by card and issues receipt on the spot on our mail.

Best location ,Spacious and environment friendly .
My iPhone 13 Pro Max screen was broken.I booked an appointment over phone and they replaced it in 2 hours.Highly professional and excellent technical support.The store is in level 2.we can park the car in Parking B .When you get into the mall from parking B on level 2 walk through the left and then will see apple icon.

The man who helped me with my AirPods (should have asked his name! I just know he’s originally from China and a nice guy) was super helpful. The experience was quick and efficient and we had a nice chat. Honestly this is one of the main things that makes me happy to be an apple customer. Most employees I’ve met in my many visits to Apple stores over the years are just cool people.

I’ve went for a repair for my iphone. You should make an appointment through the Apple support app. Visit the store at the time slot you have selected at the time of your booking. The staffs are so friendly.
