This is a really good shop. The person working here makes the best scapes for you at decent rates. This below is a fish bowl I gave him to scape. And a turtle tank that I have, but after my turtle died, I want to convert the ramp to a garden level with scraping below. This tank is still with him for the next month to grow it further out.

I drove all the way from JLT to get guppies, i can vouch for them , the fish are very healthy and the people are very nice and helpful.
And they quarantine the fish and take care of them

I don't usually write bad reviews but hope this will be feedback for them to improve and change.
I order online, no confirmation received. I had to text them on whatsapp to follow up.
They are overpriced, specially for cherry shrimps and blue velvet.. they sell me for 16 AED then I discover shop near my place selling it for 5 AED. And another websites selling it for 6 AED.
I order java moss( also over priced) i receive it 70% brown leaves.. I contact them, she said ohh you dont use CO2 and fertilizer for that its brown.. she start making fun of me ( they are like us they need food and water to survive)and I was polite to her just trying to understand why it's brown! how come!! The java moss are less than 12 hours in my tank and since I receive it.. its brown leaves.
Someone called from aquascape after I write this review.. He argue, he doesnt listen to feedback, He doesnt even allow me to talk. I told him that I have to close the line cause He just defending without listening.

After discovering a fascination with fish keeping, I was thrilled to discover this little shop in Al Mamzar. They specialize in smaller fish varieties, such as: Guppy, Molly, Tetra, and Corydoras. Albeit a smaller shop, they have a good variety available of both males and females. I have preference for guppies of which they have both fancy and common guppies available. I generally look for the exotic types which include the snake skin, leopard, metal, Moscow and Japanese Blue tail. They keep all these varieties and regularly receive new stock. Very knowledgeable shop keeper who doesn't mind spending time and sharing his knowledge. Bare in mind that as they do specialize in the more unique varieties, there prices are generally more expensive than your average pet shops. I often pay AED 45 for a guppy pair, which you can find elsewhere for under AED 20. However, due to the rarity of the variety, it is worth it. I hope this helps you out!

I have always had good experiences with this shop. The orders were delivered on time, updates were prompt, and the person always responded to calls promptly. Although I have not visited the shop yet, I am planning to do so in the near future.

Regarding some of the negative reviews of this business, people really need to understand grading. You should know that it is impossible to sell a well-grown fish with a good grade for a cheap price.

Let me share an experience I had. I recently bought ten yellow shrimps from a shop without knowing much about shrimps (I do not want to reveal the shop's name). They sent me some amazing looking shrimps, and I was very happy. Unfortunately, three of the shrimps died within a couple of days, even though I had done a proper drip acclimation. This was probably because they were super stressed from being transported overnight. I had paid 17 Dhs for each shrimp, and I thought that was expensive until I went to buy some more yellow shrimp.

Since three of my shrimps had died, I decided to buy some more. I went to a shop in Sharjah (I do not want to reveal the shop's name). To my surprise, they were selling yellow shrimps for 5 Dhs. I felt like I had been cheated. I immediately checked online and realized that the ones I had bought were top-grade Golden Back Yellow Shrimps.

Because I was curious about what these shops were selling for 5 Dhs, I went inside and checked the shrimps. They were barely yellow, poor grade, and grown in poor conditions. I left the shop immediately, and I am never going back there again.

So, do your research first before you blame a business. And FYI, I do not know this business, and I do not personally know anyone there. I am simply sharing some knowledge.

So I don’t usually write bad reviews but I am going to be honest. A lot of people were mentioning the fact that availability is usually delayed and says it’s available on the website and it’s true they don’t update their website only rarely. They have nice options but overpriced and I visited the shop it was small and had much less things than the website though the salesperson was so nice he helped bring our stuff to our car and gave me a free plant which btw is still alive so because of that 4 stars ✨ .
