Social media could be deceiving and it is a very clear in this case
For the last month I have been receiving messages with photos and on Facebook about the vegetables and authentic middle eastern groceries to be a bit shock when I went there finally
The shop was relatively small but this is not an issue but more than half of products they advertise for is not there and the quality of the vegetables and fruits available there were below average and not sellable with over pricing on those products
The dairy section had some tasty and good quality products and so is the olive section but the prices were way above average
The nuts section looked good and the quality was good except that they might be stored next to spices that affected the taste
The place being small and hardly can accommodate 6 customers had 5 staff roaming around and the one seemed to be the manager was lacking the friendly customer service
Mixed feeling to go down to 2 stars or keep it up but at the end decided to stay in the middle though having so many competitors I don’t think I will be visiting again

Fantastic store with authentic and fresh products. Huge value for money since their products are flown into Dubai and never frizen, to maintain excellent, top quality! Frendly and professional service. A MUST visit!

I’m not sure how people are giving 4 and 5 stars ratings. All we bought 2 days ago ended in the trash bin. The apricots were all rotten, peach is the same the box looks ok from the top but lower layers everything is rotten. The Arabic sweets I swear everything went to the trash.

Unfortunately the level of service is getting worse. Today we had a case where we decided we will not buy anymore from this place and rather use the best one Al Douri where they know what is customer service.
Too slow coffee making and he decided to mix the coffee the way he wants and not the way we ordered. And in the middle of grinding he stopped and to serve other customer. Very ignorant and unprofessional.
