Best pick up location. The employee was incredibly helpful. Found my package which was already relocated to storage facility and requested it to be shipped back to the pick up location the same day. Best of luck, highly recommend. If there is some kpi or some official gratitude which will have a positive impact from aramex I am ready to submit it. Forgot to ask the name or say how grateful I am in person, was too surprised to receive my package, but you're my hero!

When Aramex put the location in Dubai Marina is open till 7pm and I arrive 6:50pm and can not find anyone then it is a shame wasting people time to pick up their package.

1. Wrong location in the app.
2. Aramex car at this location is supposed to be open until 7pm according to their app and website. I came a few minutes before 7pm, and Aramex car was gone.

We visited the al barsha outlet before proceeding here. Faulty app showing my parcel was located at al barsha even though it is in this outlet.

The most incompetent company I've ever had the immeasurable displeasure of having to deal with!

And as if the appalling service was vomit inducing enough, they are unreachable by phone at all!

The worst delivery company possible. Customer support is useless and to no help. I'm just tired of exchanging letters with them for weeks without getting my shipment delivered.

Just a loval post offic truck at which you cab arrange to pick up parcels and letters convieniently if you dont wanna stay at home waiting for the delivery.
