Yesterday I missed their call because I was on my way back from a medical appointment. It then says it has been rescheduled for delivery today. I waited for the entire day for my passport to arrive. I called more than 10 times but the delivery guy did not answer. VFS should not allow such an unreliable company to service their establishment. I still dont have my passport till now! Whole day wasted waiting!! Then late this evening, they wrote on their app that they attempted sending but customer was not available! What nonsense! I did not receive even a single phonecall from them and was home waiting!

Its really very horrible of you guys. I don't know what's the problem with the people you choose the are highly unprofessional.. they even fail to correctly copy the address and contact number.. I've been trying to change it multiple times but your customer care of no use. It's the fault of your employees and yet I have to face the consequences.. there's no branch in Al Qouz and my parcel is still stuck.

I just booked shipment on aramex because i think and found this safer, faster and bigger than others but its worst. My card payment didn't work for online payment and i order cash on delivery. My parcel arrived from al ain city to al quoz branch 2 days ago. Now after parcel arrived at al quoz branch app is asking for online payment and my shipment stopped there no delivery schedule and I'm waiting from 2 days. What is this issue. After collecting my parcel i will never book again & i will never recommend to my friends and fellows also.???????? i will collect my parcel myself from nearest branch. Thank you.

I have been trying to get this shipment from aramex since yesterday. It has reached Al quoz branch on 7th march and delivery is delayed since then! Trying to coordinate with the customer care but it is all waste of time. I had ordered something for my son’s birthday party celebration but haven’t received it yet. Have raised n number of requests and marked mails to every possible mail Id I got on internet. But I guess they don’t understand the customer service and customer value.
Very poor service!

Unprofessional team,there is no locker facility available in al quos area still they are sending messages to collect shipments from there , if you call the call center nobody’s know what they are doing, wasting customer times

If i can give less than zero stars i would
I hAve been trying to ger my order for 9 days
I call aramex call center everyday and they say it will be delivered tomorrow
The call service is horrible and not helpful at all they lie to the customers everyday
I still did not receive my order till this day

Aramex is worse, I don't know why many people using their services, to make delivery on time is a problem. You can't even call for assistance. Most especially the one in AL qouz. Rubbish company

Went to the given location there is no office and a security guard told me that there was an office before but closed,one more thing I would like to suggest please give a call before you visit the customer for delivery as a customer we don't know when are you guys going to reach us, thankyou
