Unprofessional. They lied to customer. saying that we will call you soon and they disappear for days. No phone number to follow up. No customer support. Just send them an email and they never reply back never. deal with this company again. I was waiting for the my bank card to be delivered. And I was going to the airport next day. and they disappear.

The worst shipment service ever! The courier guy never attempts to call back if the customer could not answer his call. He just considers it as okay and no need to deliver the shipment and in a tracking pape they just mention that customer is not available. That is it. When the customer tries to call back they just say if the courier can deliver again he will. What does it mean IF? HE MUST DELIVER ANYHOW! There are plenty of reasons the customer could not answer the call when the courier called. They still must try to call back and deliver the shipment. But they just ignore. They do not try to call back and they just leave the request to do it. What do the customer suppose to do? To go and look for this delivery guy in the whole city to collect his parcel?
This system should be changed. It is a full disrespectful action for their clients.

There should be a possibility for zero, i just thought i had bad luck with Aramex until, the same problems reoccurred every time i have a package sent through them...they will change your delivery day no warning, they will also promise to deliver after you call at 6pm, and you will wait until 10pm you will get no calls, no further information, am looking into having everything shipped differently with a proper company that is customer oriented!!
If you want to know more on how of a poor service you are about to experience, always go through the reviews, learn from other peoples experiences...

Very fast service.

I had to call the call center to solve the undelivered package to me but no way to connect to the customer service!!!

I went to Mall of the Emirates office, the delivery was put as priority received it in less than 10 hours

I don’t want to repeat most of what was mentioned in previous reviews… I experienced the same in the last few days!
* Aramex pick up team call once and you are dumped if you don’t answer. In my case, I was in the elevator and my mobile was not reachable. They didn’t even try after few minutes… they just sent a mobile notification that customer did not answer and they shifted my pickup to next day ???? If you want to try your luck with Aramex, make sure you are at your phone, not calling anyone and available 8 hours straight waiting for their ambassador to call you.
* when I received an SMS that I got a missed call (when I was in the elevator) I called that number 4 times till someone answered. That Aramex representative hung up on me when I told him that no one called and that I need the pickup to be today!
* I called customer service and they couldn’t do anything other than file a complaint, update their system and give false promises. No follow ups for days and when I called back (they never called me), I had to repeat the story and end up with another complaint update and another promise that someone will call me u003eu003eu003e back to square zero!

I hope I don’t get a reply on this review from Aramex apologizing and asking me to send a detailed email to their global customer care email. Reading previous reviews confirms that it will be a waste of time! If that would help then why am I facing the same experience that others faced weeks and months ago?

An update to my review:
I filed a complaint last Thursday morning and till now no one called me to follow up on my complaint! I called customer care (I doubt they care) 4 time to follow up on my complaint and I got only promises that someone will call ????

Worst service experience had with Aramex regarding credit card. There is no way to approach to customer service to lodge your complaint. You can't talk to their customer service executive. All the time they will send you the link as messages and you have to submit your request. I was chasing with them for my credit card for the past one week, still they have not delivered, in spite of several emails and messages. Corporates should stop using Aramex for their services. Even small courier companies are more perfect than Aramex as they will answer your phone calls. Never ever deal with Aramex.

You should stay home from 9:00- 18:00 to wait for the delivery, no matter how many times you call, you will never get any solutions. They funny thing that one customer service told me: this is what we have and we work like that. Good luck in this failure

6 days later and i still haven't received my package.

Was informed it would arrive between 9am and 6pm. Waiting at home, lost my Saturday and driver never delivered.

Mall of the Emirates said it would come tomorrow.... nope, didn't happen.

Expect lots of empty words from customer service
