The worst broasted chicken i have ever had, i waited for almost half an hour for the take away. The broast was over coated with conflex and it was too hard and dry, no taste at all.

Very bad experience in Salem Mall Jebel Ali Arayal Restaurant.Their delivery is delayed so our company shifted the order to the nearest Chimney Hotel. Delivery Boy Behavior When you look at this hotel it seems like it wants to be ruined somehow.It takes over 2 hours to book an order. The delivery schedule is like they feel they have no interest in the competition mind.

The food is prepared tasty. But the serving arrangements not up to the mark. Even the parcel takes too much time. The guy in the billing counter is busy with so many things.
I went there to take away 3 biriyani took 30 minutes to hand over the biriyani packs to me.

We have been with the practise 5 years or more after moving from another drs
Surgery that we were dissatisfied with.
We certainly made the right move and have always been treated with utmost respect by all staff.

Have had the best treatment ever and hence being in best health we can be for our ages! We thank you all!

It's almost like they do everything possible to avoid seeing patients. They tell you to book on line but you can't. Try phoning but only if you don't have suicidal tendencies. In fact, the receptionist will tell you to queue outside early in the morning to maybe get one of the few appointments available some time next week. Absolutely shocking

I recently moved to this practice, I was very sceptical about taking the step as I had been with my previous practice for many years. I needn't have been. The care and consideration I've been given here has been amazing. My Dr, Dr Alistair Bell, is a true gentleman and I feel safe and well looked after. The practice staff, receptionist's, especially Lisa, who has recently helped me with my prescription queries, have been kind and patient. All the nurses I've seen have been helpful, kind and caring.
I truly feel like I've hit the jackpot.
Thank you for your continued care and consideration.

Highly recommend this practice great Gps/Nurses reception staff always friendly and helpful same with the secretaries when I have been put through to them. Downloading the Patient access is a must I may not get to see the same GP all the time but I do manage to get appointments.

Disgusting wait times while phoning up. 1st call I was 7th in the queue, went to 6th after 30 mins waiting! Tried to call back later on and was 5th in queue, after 50 mins waiting I was still 4th in the queue! The place closes in 10 minutes!!! Been trying to call since 16:00 it's now 17:50! 52 mins on hold this time! Disgusting! I've been a patient here for over 30 years and it just feels like the dedication and commitment to patients is truly slipping. Used to get through in about 10 mins tops.

30 mins to get through, ridiculous. I've been a patient for 35yrs and sadly it hasnt improved much. I've google the website. It is truly awful. A very unprofessional webpage. No clear instruction on which website you use to access appointments. My GP isn't one they endorse, so why is it still there? Nothing from the recorded message or webpage to state use the NHS app. The business manager really needs to grip the communication and web pages. They are not fit for purpose.

My husband & I have been patients of Worden Medical Centre for about 7 years now and have always found the staff (clinical and non-clinical) professional, helpful and polite. There is a lot of criticism surrounding GP surgeries at the moment, especially due to the ongoing Covid pandemic, so I feel obliged to praise the staff at Worden for their hard work. Keep up the good work and thank you for providing such a good service to us ????

I can't praise this practice enough. I have had multiple interactions with the staff over the last 12 months and they have all been amazing. At a time when we worry about our own health, and the health of our loved ones, they have been caring, compassionate, patient, cheerful and super helpful.
