Five star service
The driver was thoughtful and cheerful. Passenger seat was organised and I was able to RELAX and enjoy the ride. Space for Bella (the dog). She hopped in immediately. All these positives a bonus because I am disabled. THANK YOU TO THE DRIVER AND ROYAL CARS.

RETURN JOURNEY. This was also was a five star experience. My driver was very helpful and made the return journey extremely pleasant. As a result Bella was relaxed and well behaved. Happy to go the extra mile he dropped me off safely in the car park. He was extremely courteous and once again I am very satisfied with the level of care and attention to detail. It's Royal cars every time for me and the only company I recommend to friends and visitors to Oxford. Best wishes and thanks again.

My experience at Oxford not Banbury. I tried for the first time to book online, but went wrong. But I called royal cars and taxi at site within less than 5 minutes, and courteous driver delivered me to my destination promptly. This is a great firm!

I had a taxi pre booked for a really important hospital appointment.
They let me know after the time my taxi was due that they were running late because of high demand.
Then I couldn't get an estimated time for arrival. As a result I've missed a really important appointment. I'm not sure what the point of pre booking is if you're just going to let people down.
Very poor service

My name was wrong, and my booking cancelled without my knowledge by the company, called several times before I could book another one. Wasted my time, but the driver that later picked me was amazing. This happened in Oxford

Absolutely brilliant service received from car no. 100 tonight. He picked me up in a beautifully prepared Mercedes S Class and by coincidence also gave me a lift home. Great driver, really friendly and an absolute credit to your company. 10/10

Very good. My driver came early and swiftly took me to my destination doing his best to avoid heavy traffic. Ten out of ten. Highly recommend.

Driver and car were excellent as usual, but the software is still annoying. I couldn’t book a cab in advance, and the system recorded me as making an immediate booking when I had not done so. Also made a muddle about addresses.

Brilliant service, I recently changed from another company as I found they were significantly cheaper. Turns out they are also far more reliable! Drivers were friendly and professional turning up early, the cars were clean and the entire experience was flawless. Royal Cars Banbury will be my first choice from now on.
