I really enjoyed my stay there. Their staff is quite well mannered. Rooms are spacious. The view is great. They need to improve the cleanliness. All in all a good choice.

The only advantage is location.
It is unbelievable there is only one (ONE) towel for a room intended for two persons.
Gym used to be good (likely) but now it is a diaster with half of facilities non operable and stored there as a junk.
The room was smoked.
No surprise of low accommodation prices.
Very sorry such a good building with nice night view is now in only fair condition

Not worth it. NOT 4 or 5 stars hotel.
We arrived at 7pm. Room was not ready and not available. 9pm room received. No luggage helper to help you with your stuff.
Room shower panel was broken. They Fix it on the next day. 1 Towel was in the washroom. You have to ask for cleaner/room service every day ! Room service upon request said by (reception staff).
Next day, cleaner took some of our items kept it in the storage *without leaving note* to us or reception staff.!!!
NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

One of the towels given is torn.
A.C is not that cold.
Fridge is not getting cold.
When we go for a swim and ask for a towel the life guard said,there is no more towel. And the changing room is too dirty and messy seems like no one is maintaining it.
The only thing i enjoyed is the view.

I am used to stay in this hotel for the past 3 years. Lately the hotel has been downgrading a lot and is in a pretty bad shape lately. The rooms are not as clean at all, the service is very low and the overall experience is much worse.

The location of the hotel is very good, I just hope they can improve the quality of the hotel again and do some renovations.

Very bad service and very bad rooms … 1 time cleaning in 5 days . There was a bedbugs and dirty rooms . They charge me for every day cleaning but in five days only one time they clean . Even no glass for water i call them 2 times but no response. Soap was very bad . And coz of my dress they stop me everytime where are you going …very bad experience

The hotel was cheaper than other hotel, we found it on Agoda. The service in general was good. I had to instruct their management to clean the pool, the water was murky & brownish. One major problem is the construction taking place outside this hotel at JLT, one major entrance to JLT complex is closed and may not reopen for several months, you have to go through a long and a bumpy circle to enter JLT or to get access to the Sheikh Zayed highway

Very nice hotel and close to the metro. The location is at JLT, which gives you access to JLT walking around the lakes, restaurants, and grocery stores. The guy at the reception Rama is very kind and always helpful. Breakfast is 3 out of 5. Facilities as swimming pool and gym are 4 out of 5. The Wi-Fi connection is 2 out of 5, as on the corner room, the internet connection is very poor. I would recommend this hotel for business trips.
