I used to be happy with their service till I purchased a service contract. Since I have purchased the service contract, their respond time became too long and they always claim they are busy for minor repairs. As a customer, I expect quick answers and accommodation, is something they seem unable to do. I have seen a client getting in a argument with them in their shop and I dismissed his argument thinking he was just an angry customer. However, now I know why he was arguing with them. once my service contract is over, I will never use them again. I had a few issues with them in the past but always tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, this is no more is going to be the case.

Update: I just want to update this review and raise it from 1 star to 5 stars. After being a bit disappointed with the level of delay in ARM services, I have been contacted by Chris (my service Advioser) who quickly rectified the issue and continued to follow up with me. That’s the level of service I have been used to and expecting from ARM motors. Thank you Chris and thank you ARM motorist for your professionalism. As a matter of fact, I have just recommended a few of my friends to come to you for services. Best wishes to you and the team.

We finally found it!!
A hidden gem for all petrol heads, Porsche & high-end car specialists.
This shop has by far the most knowledgeable and helpful staff you could ask for.
Nithin and the team of mechanics are on another level.
Alex has setup a superb winning team.
They treat you like a VIP from the moment you step into the shop and walk you through the repair/maintenance process.
Finally they are very reasonably priced and usually get the job done faster & better than other places I have been to.

My 911 turbo was due for major service. In the past I had brought my car for all services to Porsche directly. I was just not too happy with what I got for the money and a friend referred me to ARM. The communication was convincing and I decided to close a 3 year maintenance contract. The car has been picked up, serviced and brought back. In between I got a lot of information what is going on and a comprehensive report about my car. Very professional and on another level I must admit. So my first experience couldn’t be better and I hope it stays like that.

I recently had an excellent experience at this amazing service center when I purchased a service contract for 45,000km for my Audi S3. The price was reasonable, and the personnel were incredibly helpful. They took their time to explain potential issues that may arise with my car in the next 10-15k km and advised me accordingly. I appreciated that they didn't oversell their services, which is unfortunately common in some other centers.

The facility was clean, organized, and convenient. The waiting area was comfortable, and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and refreshments available. I found the location easily, and it was easy to make an appointment and drop off my car for service.

The quality of service provided was excellent. The technicians were experienced and knowledgeable about my Audi S3, and they completed the service on time and within budget. They used genuine OEM parts, and I received a detailed invoice and service report.

Overall, I received great value for my money and highly recommend this service center to any European car owners. The personnel's professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely use their services again in the future.

I would highly recommend. The service was professional, on time and communicated to a very high standard. They provided you a same point of contact for mechanical and bodyshop, who are extremely diligent and took the time to follow up and provide impartial and experienced advice. I met Mr. Nithin and he was too polite and helping, ubderstood my quaries and advised me well. Ways to go buddy...
