Service was great. The baklava with ice cream was just a nice break from going around Dragon Mart. It also makes you feel good that you’re supporting small businesses in these times.

Watch out for those rip off merchants , disgusting coffee passed off as Americano , avoid the guy who will charge you for food you didn’t even want but tells you to take it and ‘discounts’ , should be reported to the authorities! AVOID !

Myself with husband decided to eat kanafe snd asked these people if they have , so we can take.
Of course, they said that they have very nice konafe. We sit there itself and were waited till it will be served. To our surprise the guys brought just bakhlava with nuts and topped with sweet syrop, it was not konafe. Sales guys confidently saying that this is konafe. They r thinking that ppl r stupid and can't see the difference??? By living in UAE for 20 years (myself) & husband born here - we eat konafe hundreds of times and can know the difference. These people charged us for 2 piece of baklava 50 dhs. And u can't even eat bcoz of tooooooo sweet syrop. Nonsence!!!!
Do not recommend it to anyone.

Bad taste for Borek meat, meat is smelly, and bad quality, could not eat it, return it to them and still they charged it. I totally do not recommend this place.

Ordered a spiral potato , and it was uncooked and very soft unlike crispy has it should be, since kids were hungry they had half of it till we realized it, and upon complaining the staff was not willing to accept it and kept arguing why you had it , also speak to their manager amin , but not apologies or regret was conveyed.....will definitely avoid this palace next time

PAy attention, you have to ask before having the coffee. They charged me 40 aed for 2 Turkish coffee.
