Happiness Program by The Art of Living is awesome . The breathing techniques taught in the program are extremely beneficial not only for the body but also for the emotions, mind . Must do for all. Highly recommend. Lot of programs available for various age groups: Little Angels for the age group 5 to 8 Years , Art Excel for the age group 8 to 13 years , YES ( Youth Empowerment Seminar) for 13 to 18 years , SriSri Yoga for Kids , Sri Sri Yoga for adults , Meditation programs .Everyone must experience the life changing processes.
