On April 24th, I went to the place to have a coffee and as somebody else stated, it is in a residential area. Unfortunately, the location was closed and as I learnt there, the place only offers take-away and opens in the afternoon. A pity for me, however the owner updated the information in the meantime. Therefore 3 stars ⭐️
