Number one is not enough ,The Best of The Bests Nursary . I am verry happy that my son had a chance to go in there, Thanks a lot for miss Pujah, miss Ann, miss Rose and to the all team of Nursery.
My son got exelent expiriance and kniwlege . Now he is study in Presidental School in Tajikistan.

The number listed is constant;y busy. Please publish an alternate number. The bus drivers (dropping kids) and parents can get panicked .

I think it would be quicker to go to A&E with your issue. I put in for an E-consultation surrounding an injury that the swelling still haven't gone down for. The only positive was I got a letter for an Xray the same day.
Now here lies the big problem, I've still not seen a doctor. I got the xray a month ago. After repeatedly calling to see if they results had come through and was even told to call Queen Mary's to see if they've sent it, they've finally received them but now I've got to wait for a doctors to review them and to keep calling to see when that will be. Overall I've learn to just go A&E, you'll probably be seen quicker.

Trying to book an appointment via e consult now for 20 minutes to no avail, it keeps rejecting my application. I really need to see a doctor and am feeling very anxious about what to do. There’s no way in hell reception will help, no doctors sorry unless you book on line. No empathy from anyone.

Got appointment with nurse and she was running late 30mins. No one to say why or inform patients. You can dream that nurse say sorry or thank you for waiting. They think too high about themselves.

the worst ever, today my dad had an appointment at 14:20 for his heart check after a surgery he had and he had to take a day off from work for this appointment and when he attended the receptionist told him that his appointment been cancelled as the doctor didnt come today, he asked her why you didnt let me know since morning ??! she claimed that she sent him a message while she didn't, and he showed her his phone that he didn't get anything from them. very disrespectful and shameful, we always have an issue with them.

No chance of seeing a doctor without e-consult or telephone consultation for which I had to wait almost 3 weeks. Even then, nobody called and I had to call to remind about myself. Do not appreciate either approach to the health care, especially when one needs to wait so long to speak to the doctor.

Is most bed staf ever. I call them 2 times and one more time i ask directly for appointments for injections of my newborn son and they say we will send the appointment in the post . And when my son was 2 months and 10 weeks they semd me message to contact them for appointment. Now i have to wait 1 more week for the appointment and my son have another injection 3 months old.

Called and ask me to wait for a phone call consultation 8 till 6 pm no one call me back. It ruin my whole day and all the plan. And the receptionist are rude .
