The car park destroyed, all the information boards disappeared.

This beautiful place part of the Snowdonia national park, but clearly they don't care !!! ????
One of the most complete Roman military sites in Britain

The local car park has been destroyed, so you have to park elsewhere and walk along the road.

All information signs have been removed for some reason.

Although the site is interesting, it has been very poorly looked after. Such a shame.

This is such an important site, but unfortunately someone has ripped up the car park and removed all the interpretative panels and the wayposts. The amphitheatre is inaccessible. I've wanted to come here for four years and it's such a shame that visitors aren't welcome.

We walked from Trawsfynnedd to Tomen y Mur, you can however drive very close on narrow metalled tracks. The site is well covered with information boards and the site is well maintained. There are no facilities at the site.

Terrible what they have done to such an important site. Parking no longer there as someone has dug up the car park. Signs to say essentially people aren't welcome and they have got rid of the information sign. Do not go here.

Lovely sunny day. Landscape, history, mountains, heaven. Perfect place to relax, take 8n the history, enjoy the landscape and watch lambs playing (it's late April)

Wonderful bit of history. Informative plaques give you a brief bit of history about the place and the views from the top of the motte are astounding.

Place of former Roman fort. No parking spaces around though.
