I got a referral letter from Dr.Varun. On my referral letter some of the information was wrong . Because when I was at his office he kept speaking on my behalf. I gained the courage to go back and ask why the information on my referral is wrong but before I did that I asked the nurse and she advised me to go back to the doctor. He took the referral letter and edited it with a pen brushing me off. He was explaining why he did that (write wrong information) shouting like he was in defense mode. I could see he didn't care that i was trying to correct my diagnosis . He could have explained it in a very calm tone .Am very disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC.

Very poor experience. Unprofessional staff unprofessional receptionist they don't know there work. If you going there most need 05 hour. To cheak a cough or cold. If clinic empty that time also they taking 05 hour check. Receptionist always busy in mobile if we asked something they she talking rudely. Very very long time taking for small treatment. This Aster located Nesto hypermarket jabel ali.

I got a first bad experience in my currier with Dr. Manish Agrawal, patients believe that 50% disease will heal when patients see the doctor and the rest will be by treatment, but Dr. Manish Agrawal was the worst doctor which i met. after i visited nurses room number 01 where a nurse staff checked and inquired about my disease and why i am in clinic, i explained to her everything including I'm a regular patient of BP and taking medicine for that. after she typed everything referred me to the doctor room number 02, where met with Dr. Manish Agrawal, after he asked my name and reason i explained to him about stomach pain and he referred me to another room where a nurse injected me two injections. after that i went to the cash counter who sent me back to the Doctor. where he told me to go and take the medicine as prescription, i asked him Dr. if you prescriped BP medicine too. but he used the lowest level words and shouted on me why i didn't informed him before, i replied i have informed to nurse in next room then i thought that she transferred to you, but he keep shouting on me by saying that he is the more educated and elder then me so i can't talk to him, i was his patient and he was the doctor, he could explained me same thing in a good maner and words, he is too arrogant person to being a doctor. a nurse was witness with us. another patient from Pakistan was complaining about he behavior too. do not recommend this clinic because of such doctor.

Due to fever and cough I went there but I face very bad service. Doctor varun he don't want to check me what happened. Once I enter and tell I have fever and body pain directly asking me you need injection or medicine. At least he can't check the patient. And the nurse also. They just talking to their staff even am waiting there they don't want to make it fast..so disappointed.

I was in the clinic and I take consultation from Docteur Mohammed samiuddin General practitioner, it’s really really very bad experience with him, He got up from the chair a meter away and lit the light and sat down again and he did nothing asked me to go out. I didn’t see doctor like that in my life really how come this is doctor!?

Dr. Varun kandra. He don't no manners to speak patients. When I konok the door twis he shouting. And clinc management also very poor specially x ray or counter waiting is too long
