Best optical shop! I buy my vision and sunglasses only from here. I recently bought 2 news frames that I am in love with. Khaled always gives us the best customer service and he takes his time with us. I highly recommend this shop.

I went to half of Dubai to find nose pads for my frame! Only this place had the spare parts for my frame! Amazing service and amazing people!

Mr.Najeeb has amazingly fixed my sunglasses perfectly well, after 2 years of searching for spare parts and asking anyone to fix for me but in vain.thank you so much Mr.Najeeb for fixing these glasses that also holds so much memories for me , thank you sooooo much…..!

Abdelrahman is extremely helpful and takes great care to assist. We have been coming for many years and always treated so well and taken care of. Kaviya was very kind and calm and assisted my daughter to wear contact lenses for the first time. Great team.

I bought my first progressive glasses from Aster Opticals. My experience here was excellent.

1)Chris was attentive and helpful; I ended up choosing the frames he suggested- they suited my style and personality. He also explained to me how I would use progressive glasses before I saw the optician.
2) The optician had excellent attention to detail. He also explained to me how to use progressive glasses.
3) Chris took me through the lens options and all the details with clarity, and made sure I understood it all. He mentioned again how progressive lenses worked; offered other options if I wouldn’t want them.
4) When they were ready and I picked them up, the optician took me through the explanation again, including using my new progressive lenses.

So thorough- I loved the service. And I LOVE my glasses. I picked them up this afternoon and I am totally comfortable using them. Thank you to everyone at Aster Opticals who made this first time experience of mine stellar.
