I was not feeling well and went to check my BP they refused by saying machine is not working.

You can't exchange or get a refund from this company even if the sales staff give sell you the wrong product. Just go Carefour if its not prescription medicine. Their exchange/return policies are very outdated and do not cater to the needs of today's customers.
