I love this supermarket, the staff are always very helpful and super friendly - and the fresh and chilled produce offers a huge choice, tasty hot food, great bakery items and on a practical front everything you could ask for in toiletries and cleaning products.

No need to go to Carrefour when you've got an Aswaaq under your apartment!

It is little bit expensive and once I found little bugs in their rice but overall I think it is quite ok supermarket.

It is located just near the gold souq metro station.... Almost all products have available here. It's a hygiene place

All the important products are available ...lately i even found some organic vegetables and fruits ...i was so happy that they enlarged the Sortiment to organic !!

As someone in the neighbourhood, the evening staff managing customer service and delivery are awful.
If you order on phone they ask you to do it on WhatsApp, then they don't respond for hours. If you call again they ask you to speak hindi and then disconnect the line.

Let me preface this by mentioning that most people who have written reviews so far, are one time shoppers, or rather tourists living in nearby hotels. As a person who lives at a 2 minute walk from this supermarket, living in the neighbourhood, I'm quite a frequent shopper.

After a year of wait, when this supermarket opened, the people of my vicinity were quite delighted by its existence. However to our surprise, while the interior, and quality of the products is decent, the supermarket lacks manpower. There are barely 5 people at the supermarket, and pretty much all of them lack the knowledge of basic grocery enquiries, which considering the size of the mart (around 12,000 sqft) is quite ridiculing to a customer.

The mart has 2 exits each with their separate cash counters, that can accommodate upto 4 cashiers, however, it is disappointing to see only 1 cashier at the mart.

Employees are least aware or concerned about their customers and act as if they themselves are the customers.

The prices are considerably high compared to other groceries or even marts at shopping malls. This is pretty much the reason why the place is usually dead.

Great little supermarket, grows its own veg, has a bakery and butchers with fishmongers, hot food counter and charcoal grill.
