The staff so amazing and respectful big up to Milton the guy at the reception you made me feel at home. I liked the food buffet though the rice was without any source but they could provide upon request. But the food was nice. I think whenever they make steamed rice they must have something with gravy on the buffet so I found it challenging sometimes. But all was cool

I stayed here with my boyfriend for about 10 days and we had the best time! The room was perfect (we even asked for a better view and this request was taken care of immediately). We asked to extend our stay by 2 nights and was able to stay in the same room. The metro is a very short walk away which was very convenient for us. The staff was very professional and attentive. Bikash took care of our room for the duration of the stay and always made sure we had everything we needed. He replenished the water every day and even made a heart out of the towels. Bishni helped me with all of my suitcases when I was checking out and allowed me to store them at the hotel for a few hours while I went out. Had a lovely time overall!

everything is clean, staff is friendly and service is above and beyond, especially Samson who gave us the best experience at this hotel, he constantly made sure we had rides available and answered our many many questions along with greeting us everytime we entered or left the lobby. Made us feel at home, thank you Samson we’ll see you again!

Such a great stay! ???? The staff were all very sweet, but Mr. Suartawan from Bali really went above and beyond with the housekeeping. It was a treat walking into my room to find new variations of animal towel creations each day, and being greeted in the halls by name with a friendly smile.

The Dinner buffet at the restaurant was also a good value and I liked the variety of food available.

It was a little unfortunate that the pool & shisha areas were temporarily closed, but they did have another hotel nearby that they partnered with to share the pool.

This is the First time I came to Dubai, we stayed here for 10 days, best service everyone is very helpful and polite, food was really good and Shoutout to Samson, every time we went to the lobby he checked up on us to make sure everything was good for us. That make us feel like home, thank you for all your help keep up the good work.

The Atana hotel offers an amazing location near the West Beach and city center. The view from our room was truly breathtaking. The food at the restaurant was decent, it offered variety of choices to suit different preferences. Special thanks to Ali and Saud for keeping our room impeccably clean throughout our stay. I highly recommend it!!!

The room was good, it even had a balcony, bed was comfy, but the hotel is so obsolete, the breakfast is poor especially when so many people battle in a small area. The chairs are old and dirty. It wasn't a 4* experience at all. Pool should be cleaned more often or have better filtering. More frequent cleaning of glass doors would be great.

Stayed for 8 nights. Rooms are great. Wifi and AC works all the time so no complaints at all.
Cold water is a rare in bathroom. Service is kinda slow. Check-in personal take too much time even after payment on the spot. We requested iron 3 times and it was finally arranged in 2 hours.
Overall location is very good.
