Margaux and Lyca are really helpful folks. We had to select badminton racquets and they shared us some really good recommendations. As we had some work the racquet stringing was done the same day by evening. Apart from just selling the sports goods, they are really good at playing the sports as well. If you really need professional level products and service in sports, this is the place to visit. Please do give them a visit and give them a call if you need anything that requires stocking in advance. I have found them better than any big sports store in any mall as they keep stock of goods you will enjoy playing with.

Am working in Hospital as Customer Supervisor almost 10 years but never ever seen anything like this, seriously am telling you do not encourage these kind of people definitely it will spoil your business. I bought a Cricket bat as a birthday gift for my younger brother and it's completely wrapped, when opened it the handle grip is already spoiled literally sticking in your hand as powder, exactly after two I went back to store and I experienced such a unprofessional service. That Guy doesn't know how to handle customers please am requesting either train him or tell him to not handle any customer for your betterment.

This store have its own home brand products in sports wear catagory, they are as good as any top brands but 1/3rd of price.
Customer who are looking any product in sport category must try this place, before burning there hard earned money for brand name only.

Don't Buy from this Shop - I ordered gym equipments last week in their store. And they promised to deliver in 2 days if I pay in full - and I did. After 3 days nothing happened, and when I asked about my order and their Indian Staff, Pinkies tried to extort more money because he said its out of stock.
I cancelled my Order, and promised me to refund my money back in 2 to 3 days, its already 5 days now. Nothing happened. And now the Indian staff, is telling me to call my bank for my refunds.
This is ridiculous. Do not buy from these cheaters. They will just reap you off, and do not fall on their promises or you will ended up like me chasing my money and just keep on promising in the dark.

Again am warning you to this Shop's scam. Do not even tried to Go near them as till now I am chasing them for my money and nothing is happening - They will not even care to solve an irate Customer's issues, they took my hard earned money for nothing in return. What they are doing is to "wash their hands" - and not offering me a solutions but saying it was sent/returned - I have shown them my full bank statement and kept on pointing fingers and argue instead of doing something to find a solution and check from their end. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

These people are cheaters since 1 week I have been following up with my refund money that I paid to them. Till now nothing is happening. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING TO THIS SHOP APART FROM POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEIR INDIAN STAFF PINKIES iS a LIER - He asking more money when i was about to get my undelivered products from this shop that i have paid. That is why i have cancelled my order and till now they haven't returned my money back - I will definitely file a complaint for this shop at Dubai Consumer Protection.
