I normally don't write negative reviews. I was recommended to Samantha by a friend. Excited, I reached out to Samantha twice (over a span of a week) via WhatsApp asking her whether she could please help with a hair straightening treatment and if she could forward the pricing. Her number is on the door of her salon. Both my messages were left on read- I gave it some time thinking she might be off or just busy with life. But no response. This makes me believe that she doesn't need the business. Or she might just be selective in her clientele... which is fine but still not very professional in the way communication is handled. Just disappointed. Will try my luck with the very few other salons available in Pitlochry.

100% satisfied with haircut and dye. Samatha is really friendly and professional. Couldn't ask for better person to do it.
