Pay for minor service and inspection, don't actually get an inspection at all. Took to another shop after since my car was running weird, was informed that my air filters were far past due.

Very disappointed to be lied to Audi, and will not be taking my car here from here on out for all Major and Minor services unless something is done.

RS3 in for a major service, Arun and his team exceeded expectations as always and delivered an expert job ahead of schedule. Their professionalism is second to none and it’s great to see a genuine interest in your car so you know they will take care of it! Thanks guys, 6 year old car still looks and runs like brand new thanks to your care and attention to detail!

They always say the coffee service is not available but show case a nice set up. This happened to me a few times in my recent visits.
There is no clarity on why there is no such service / timing.

Other than this rest are perfect.

Tried to book a simple service for my Q5. Asked 3 times for estimated service cost, third time asking they said would email it me by 10am next day. Email never came…appalling service.

Just want to call out Lilian -customer happiness consultant - for her extraordinary support. This is the kind of customer journey everyone expects when they walk into a service center.
As soon as I walked in- she made sure to check the history with the problem I gave, followed up with an advisor and once the car was returned, she made sure to come and check with me on how I felt. This an end to end journey taken care professionally.

My 6 yrs old AUDI Q5 running smooth always serviced by Al nabooda…had faced EPS alert…engine power related issue…in a panic state of mind… I gave my car to Sandeep service advisor…rest is an experience to share. Sandeep’s team advised that TURBO needs to be replaced to get the car on roads. The cost was very high and I was not sure to do or dispose it off. Sandeep got a special approval to share 50% cost with me. It was very helpful as it encouraged to keep the car for few more years….thank you Sandeep & all service engineers to diagnose right & providing excellent support,

My experience with Mostafa, who's managing this service is really positive.
On my complaint at the beginning of cooperation he immediately took an action, spoke with me and understood my worries.
Nice personality to deal with customers, understand their inquires and made my last service so smoothly.

Called for regular service and first appointment availability is after 16 days! On top of that for a minor service it will take them full one day and car cannot be collected same day! Agent answer was this is how it is and take it or leave it attitude.

Couldn’t get a taxi in Stirling at all. Called stirling taxis and got picked up straight away to take me back to Rosyth, Stephen came and took me back to my ship. Amazing price and top banter would highly recommend to anyone needing a lift.

Had an exceptional ride with Stephen, very intellectual chat on the way to Glasgow. Had just missed the train and phoned for a taxi, he was outside the train station in Stirling within 2 minutes of me calling.
Really recommend it for anyone in need of a taxi!

My friend and I just miss the train to Glasgow and we were gonna be late. So we called the Stirling taxi and Stephen picked up and was ready to pick us up in just a few minutes after we called. Had a nice chat with him. Enjoyed the ride!

Me and my friend were outside Stirling taxi rank. And the taxi pulled up and took me to Falkirk then took my friend to Glasgow. Car was in great condition and the music was good. Overall great guy and great experience. Helped us out big time

I've used Stirling taxis in several occasions. Stevie has picked me up on time each time. Always has the cleanest taxi that I've ever been in and always has the best banter. Highly recommend, definitely worth the 5 starts! Top class man.

Needed to get from Killin to Stirlin on short notice. Stephen picked me up and made the drive super enjoyable with his friendly demeanour and knowledge about the area.
