We weren’t sure which car to buy until we visited al masood auto central. To start with; Maha was our first point of contact and she explained and convinced us so well that we ended up buying Nissan X Terra from her. Her updates on each process and delays were always communicated. I am glad I contacted her. I would rate my experience 10/10 and would recommend her in a beat.

Maha from car central a qouz went into a great deal of internal coordination and pushing things around to help me buy my Nissan Patrol.

The car is in an amazing condition, well maintained and drives like new. The team made sure the car is polished and as good as new. They have attended to all of my requests, even the most tiny ones without sparing an expense on their end. The sales agent I dealt with (Maha) made sure to follow through on this deal.

If you are looking for a certified preowned Nissan, look no further, you would definitely get a great deal and great service at Auto Central.

What a great Experience I had with Auto Central Certified Pre Owned Al Masaood in Dubai Al Qouz Branch
I visited the showroom and I bought a Nissan Patrol Platinum City.
Maha and Mumen are very friendly and Supported me a lot with all Processing , following up and scheduling the timing to receive my car sooner as iam traveling . I would Rate their service 100/10 . They are the best very Honesty and Straight forward , Had a lot of Patience for all my Questions and Enquires . I would like to Promote them for everyone want to Buy a car , you should go to only Auto Central . It’s not easy these days to deal with a People Professional and very honest without any fake promises or long term Processes . So Satisfied and Happy with my Deal .

I bought Infiniti Q50 Red Sport from Auto Central in September 2022, with 29k Mileage and I just figured out that they fooled me with non-Run Flat Tyres which they said they replaced as part of the deal for me.

I just came to know when I had a flat tyre.

The car doesn’t come with spare tyre, and it is designed to have a run-flat tyre.

What’s funny is that they belong to Al Masoud and the agency for my car is Al Masoud, so it is a pre-owned car from Al Masoud.

Am not sure why they would scam people like this, specially in matters that are related to safety of people, rediculous and irresponsible people.

Thank you Aitasam!!!
Bought my first car after renting for a few months. Visited a few dealerships and didn’t feel the need to look elsewhere after meeting Aitasam. He recommended a suitable car in my price range and took care of the rest including finance, insurance and vehicle registration. He even came to help at RTA late one evening when we had an issue registering the car.

I would recommend Auto Central to anyone and specifically Aitasam. I’m looking forward to buying my next car through him.

They put an advertisement for selling cars on one of the famous applications for selling or buying cars and when I was interested to buy and make the deal, they are saying the car is sold, so why the advertisement is still active on the application, and when i visited the showroom, the car is still on the showroom and there is no sign on the car that is sold !!!!!!!
That's all what showrooms do when the car is sold.!!!!!!
Very weired !!!

Aitisam was an absolute legend. Dealt with many companies but him and Jad really went out of their way. Super patient and respectable in regards to all queries. They made my entire experience awesome.
