I chased up by messaging and calls but no response. My matter got resolved and I bought the car but surely not from them. I would advise people to be careful in giving them deposit and dealing with them as they didnt live to their commitment with me.
I felt betrayed so I personally wouldn't recommend them. I hope they will reflect on what they did to me for the betterment of their own business.

Fantastic selection of local and regional beers from Norfolk. On the expensive side, but these are beers that you can't find in the supermarkets, so happy to pay extra for them.
Staff have always been friendly and helpful to me and willing to give advise if needed.
If you are a beer drinker then this is definitely worth a visit when in Sheringham!

Let's start with their selection. I expected a wide variety of beers to choose from, but instead, I was greeted with a paltry assortment of generic and mainstream options. It felt like I was walking into a convenience store rather than a reputable beer seller. They lacked any unique or hard-to-find brews that I was hoping to discover. It was a total letdown for any beer enthusiast seeking something beyond the ordinary.
To make matters worse, their customer service was downright dreadful. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, offering minimal assistance when I asked for recommendations or information about the beers they had in stock. It felt like they couldn't care less about their customers or their passion for craft beer. Their lack of knowledge and enthusiasm was frustrating and made me question why I even bothered to step foot in their establishment.
Another major issue I encountered was the condition of the beers. Several bottles I purchased were either past their expiration dates or had gone bad. It was evident that the seller didn't bother to properly manage their inventory or prioritize freshness. It's unacceptable to sell outdated and spoiled beer, especially at the prices they were charging. I felt cheated and disgusted by the lack of quality control.
Furthermore, the prices at Giddy Goat were exorbitant compared to other reputable beer sellers in the area. I couldn't help but feel ripped off every time I made a purchase. Their inflated prices didn't match the underwhelming selection or the poor customer service I received. It's clear they prioritize profits over providing value and a satisfying experience to their customers.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against patronizing Giddy Goat. Their lackluster selection, appalling customer service, subpar beer quality, and overpriced products make them a prime example of what not to expect from a reputable beer seller. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other establishments that truly value their customers and offer a superior beer-buying experience.
Would instead reccommend the Cromer Stores a few miles away instead.

I’m trying out a local honey rum at the moment and will be back for the full sized bottle if it’s any good. The Black Shuck spiced rum certainly is and I’d recommend it.
