Their prices very good specially for daily dish it is only 32 dhs with drink and sides…

Ordered 6 Chicken Large shawarma and one Meat shawarma.(Delivered at 12:30pm) 11.05.2023.
Worst shawarma ever had.

Worst of the worst they don’t even have knowledge of what they are doing food is late 1:30 hour and not even started and they told me after that cancell the order

Late delivery, will let you wait for almost 2 hours to get your order! And when you follow up, Customer service (Mohammad) will shout and fight with you over the phone, try to order here and guarantee you will have the worst experience ever!

Completely incompetent staff dealt with my Deliveroo order. Claiming that Deliveroo did not share my address or location with them. Completely ridiculous considering I have ordered many times before. Tried to put pressure on me to share my personal contact number with them, which is completely unacceptable. One of the main reasons to use Deliveroo is for the privacy and convenience.

Not reachable, they don’t answer the land line after you order , they tell you one hour it took more than two our , your food will reach cold and not good at all , it’s not Lebanese taste at all .. guys don’t waste your time to order

Lebanese food pls e which used to have many branches in Dubai before.. now u can enjoy their food in Jafza.. first and foremost had always been their hot khubz which they serve free of charge in restaurant.. our meal had always been labneh, hummus, falafel and salad.. and with hot roti it’s a delight.. I hope they open more branches in Dubai soon .
