Went for tyre replacement and car checkup, found it an ideal place as it was customer centric , the staff especially mr nadeem, farooque, jar were polite and courteous. Overall a good experience.

I had my brake pads changed from their shop. All the staff are helpful and friendly, JR, Santosh, Farouk. Have recommended to friends as well how nice the work they have done, professional fast and effective. Job well done guys! Cheer!

AutoPro Bur Dubai is my go to center for my car needs. First, their staff are knowledgeable and dependable, they had given me honest feedback about my car. All the staff are approachable even for simple nitrogen refill, they will treat you well. I especially look for Kuya JR, whenever he is available. Second, they provide good service at reasonable prices, great promotions also. Lastly, they are responsive, either in person or by phone - they give timely updates on parts or service. I had brakepad, brakeoil changed at the the centre.. the staff was courteous and helpful..
Aneesh was extremely helpful in advising on requirements for maintaining the vehicle

Hi i had a good experience with jay ar for my auto maintenance he did very professional job I don't expect he manage everything he knows what the issue's very well and he explain to me hows the function each a mechanical issues of my car im very satisfied of hes job and hope for increment this man and thank you soo much autopro for satisfied thanks very much ????????????????????

I needed one tyre changed due to damage, Dunlop 205/60R16. I went to Autopro branch 7005 last week in mankhool to inquire. Initiallythey said they will arrange in 1 to 2 days and proceeded to give me a discounted quote for 4 tyres, I reiterated I just need 1 tyre because it just got damaged and my other tyres are still okay because I just got them replaced the previous year. His expression then changed and told me he will try if he can arrange and will call me. After a week I never received a call.

Yesterday, we passed by an enoc petrol station in Warqaa, since we were there I decided to check their Autopro shop (7006) if they have the same tyre. They checked their system inventory and the guy even recalled they just ordered it for another customer. They then informed me they have it available, and can give to me at a discount. Since I did not use the same car that time I asked them if I can come the next day before noon, they said yes.

This morning I went there and the guy said they don't have it. What they have is of different year and he can arrange in 2-3 hours and no discount.

It is frustrating as I travelled from Bur Dubai to Warqaa only to find out they don't have it. He even told me I shoud have called before coming to which I replied, "no, I did not call because they assured me they have it available, asked them if I can come next day they said yes".

Do not mislead customers nor should you take them for granted just because the transaction is not as big as you want it. Be honest, tell them what you have and if you cannot arrange for it inform them. Do not start the conversation with a sales pitch of a discount that you cannot fulfill or in a way misleading.

there 2 wokers both of from india. one guy from kerala. another guy from thamilnadu. i would must say this . both of that guys not helpful. they put me wait 1 hour . for just change my flat tyre. it’s take 20 minutes only. they not treating coustmers. very so bad . i requested many times to help.never go there. there is only one guy at last he helped me. mr JAY AR. time 4:20pm. arrived there. date 24th june.

Nadeem and Danish are very supports and have very good understanding of all parts and they provide very Excellent and genuine advise and service.
