I contacted them Sunday evening coz my car right door mirror broke down. I initially did an inquiry via website and Bilal replied to me following day and assist on my concern. I am a new driver not so familiar with mechanical stuff related to cars. Showed some videos and pictures first to get the feedback and the qoute. Since it’s EID holidays I was really pushing for it to be fix, so to assist and help me he sent his colleague Shairaz, to temporary repair it so I can use it till the replacement part is available. Turns out its just minor repair and no need to replace it. Really happy with the service and they come over to my house. It’s quick and they won’t rip off the customers. I will do my annual full check up maintenance soon in their garage. Many thanks to Bilal and Shairaz. ????????

Would like to thank Mr. Bilal and his team for their amazing job done on my car. They are fast, reliable and efficient. Turned my car into a brand new car just by doing small jobs but professionally. They are willing to do extra job done on the car without even charge just to make their customer happy. Highly recommended, would definitely use only them in the future. Personal belongings are perfectly saved and in good hands while leaving the car behind. Prices are very affordable and their job is outstanding.

Had a simple oil leak issue. As per their recommendation, I steam washed my car to make their diagnosis easier. They delivered the car as per the time promised. However after 2 days, my steering rack got completely jammed, AC stopped working, and eventually the entire car came to a halt. Turned out that the engine belt broke.
My car was running smoothly before their maintenance and never had any major issues reported for 14 years straight.
Given the amount of discomfort , loss of time, and extra money this costed me, I wouldn't recommend anyone with major issues to go here.

It has been 5 years since I am using their services. Never have they ever overcharged me and trying to repair not unless replacement of part is surely required. Very genuine and trustworthy. Excellent diagnosis of problems.

I needed a set of front CV axles installed on my vehicle. I sent Autostadt a message at 8:45am and by 11:45am the same day the job was complete and done perfectly.
Great service and fast. I think I have found my new mechanic shop in Dubai!

I visited Mr.Bilal for service of my car. He has given clear details about the issue and immediately done it at his best. It was very good and service and much appreciated. I prefer to visits for future services as well.

My car ac was not cooling , i called autostadt motor services they came to us and fixed my car ac within 30 minutes , I'll use them again . Exceptional service . I Will recommend it to my colleagues and friends. Very satisfied????
