Bad experience with a test drive and car booking. Lead reference number: 745445 was made for the test drive booking and made multiple calls to their call center to know the status.
No provision was provided to book the car in advance as well. Finally got a call the next day that the car is reserved by someone else and they are marketing to sell another car.

I bought a car and buy the extended warranty and when my car got broke and I want to fix it there they said there is no extended warranty on the car on the system and they let me pay for it and even they don’t know what is the problem they will say this mechanical issue it’s not covered by the extended warranty Iam very disappointed from them . I wish that I bought the car form Almasood .. I contact them many times and the issue since one month not solved

We just got our new car from this showroom. Very happy. The team was friendly and very helpful. Did a ceremonial reveal of the car at the pick up time as well! Nice touch! Great service from Arun and his manager Kranthi.

Visited this branch around 8.30 since the opening time on the website was 8am. They told me to wait until 9 since opening time wasn’t updated on website. At 9 not even a single sales individual was present at the showroom. Staff should be professional enough to start on time since it’s customer facing business.

Staff is very supportive thorught the purchase. In my case Mr. Humam helped me prepare all the documents and paid export fees from his pocket (later to be reimbursed of course). Excellent service and product. thank you

Table ready for us when we arrived-and we asked for table near window which was also given. Service with a smile and prompt and courteous. Food amazing-we all cleared our plates- especially liked the sea bass! Menu not extensive but all dishes cooked to perfection…highly recommended and book early!! Well done everyone.

We prebooked and a nice touch with a birthday card on the table as it was my husbands 40th birthday.
A good selection on the menu. My husband had the crab starter which he really liked. Subtle Asian flavours and delicate crab meat. My Pigeon breast was pink and tender and the salad fresh.
For main we both opted for lamb rump and Anna potato. The lamb rump was slow cooked and just the touch of a fork broke it apart. The Anna potato was buttery and crisp of the bottom and soft inside. The sauce was excellent. Perfectly cooked asparagus to go with it.
Dessert we had panacotta.. lime and coconut. Had a good wobble a lovely poppy seed biscuit for a bit of crunch and fresh raspberry blueberry and strawberry. Even a little rendition of happy birthday as it was placed on the table. Very sweet. A great way to finish. The Picpoul wine was also good.
Excellent service and a very enjoyable meal. £92 excluding tip. Would go again.

After the excellent reviews we tried this little restaurant. The meal didn't start well, wine was plonked on the middle of table and the waitress walked away. We didn't order a starter and no cutlery was taken away despite prompting. Food was mediocre and seemed pre cooked and warmed up, slow cooked lamb was way over cooked and the chicken my wife was the same. Desserts were usual out of the fridge so didn't bother. £75 for one course and a bottle of wine, not good value !
We're not able to recommend.

I have eaten both here and in Number 10. If you had asked me a year ago which was best I would have said Number 10 but not now.

They have improved the ambience and the table service was amazing. They had asked if it was a special occasion on the phone and on bringing us our starter gave us a card. A very nice touch.

The most important thing is the food and I think this is where they have improved most. It was sensational every course for us both was excellent which is very unusual.

I have read the reviews on line of both restaurants everyone saying Number 10 is best well move over Number 10 we have a new Number 1

Second time here and once again the food was exquisite. A small, quaint restaurant with very attentive staff. It’s no wonder it is so often fully booked, an absolute must if you appreciate great food.

Whilst staying in Sherringham, Marmalade was recommended as a must visit place to catch a bit to eat so we booked. The venue is very inviting and has some very unique lighting, which is adds to the ambiance.

The staff are friendly and do their upmost to make you feel at home. The menu is an interesting mix of curiosity and excitement. We went with mushrooms and the Duck spring rolls. I'm told the mushrooms were delicious and my duck dish was good and, would've been great had the carrot & orange chutney delivered a bigger punch.

On to mains... I always say it's a good sign whe everyone chooses a different dish ????????. The pork belly n chorizo was nice, the stuffed chicken breast was good and the slow cooked lamb the winner, sadly leaving no room for dessert. Would've given ⭐⭐⭐⭐ but for some small things like, only 1 WC and our waitress not pouring the 1st drink on a bottle of fizz. I think the bill for 3 of us was around the £120 mark. This place has real potential to be that sparkling diamond and is well worth the visit but be sure to book else you'll find that they are full.
