Lovely park with a pond and ducks a big playground and lots of open spaces for dogs and children.

Lovely gardens to walk around, and great for the dog's. Has a few places of the main route to sit and look at the flowers. The pond is a peaceful place to sit.

Lovely children's playground. Very clean. Kept the children amused for a couple of hours

It is a park for everyone. Seating, quiet corner for remembering someone. Field for youngsters & a lovely pond to sit by. There is a children's nursery too.The park is ajason to a play ground with swings & round abouts etc. parking is road side by the park.

Love this park, great for a walk, picnic kick about with the kids or to feed the duck

Lovely place to visit in daylight. Lovely duck pond which also plays host to a model boat club from time to time.
Also home to a memorial to the lost of the world wars, which is also used as a cenotaph each November.
Bowling greens & tennis courts near the perimeters.
I wouldn’t recommend visiting after dark as I have heard bad rumours. I have also been accosted while walking through the gardens

A well looked after park by the council, flowers mostly all year round. It looks particularly nice in the summer/spring during the "herne bay in bloom" event :) lived here most of my life! I tried to leave but some how always end up back here ????

Tennis courts for free! Not the greatest but ok. The park is really nice and thankfully the dog mess problem we experienced before seems under control.
