In my experience very bad.
I buy realme mobile use after three days
Some issues.Same time informed and waiting seven days for service.I call to shop daily not reply properly
Tell me only waiting after 10days did very long conversation.He agreed to give replace new mobile.
Infront of me open the box
The mobile display is scratch and no covered around the mobile even also no back case.It is a used or open box mobile.
It is really cheating.
When we buy a new mobile important thing is one year service.
This shop never do this.
Never buy mobile in this shop.

Price is reasonable! Not bad but they need more friendly with customers, they have to know most of customers from labour section.. They deserved some respect from counter staff..overall its nice shopping center. M

Customer service is very poor. I had to stand waiting for who to attend to me for more than 30 minutes but the guys were busy chatting with co workers.
